CME ACCREDITATION

The Global Spine Congress 2019 is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS): www.uems.net

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Through an agreement between the UEMS and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at: www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme

The online CME questionnaire will be available from May 19–June 8, 2019 at:

Please note that the registration code, printed on your badge, will be required to access the CME questionnaire online. The certificate of attendance will be sent via e-mail once the online evaluation form has been completed, and your presence has been verified by the automatic control system.

For this reason, it is strongly recommended that—in order to certify the attendance on-site—those interested in applying for UEMS credits allow scanning of their badges by congress staff representatives available at the CME scanning station in the registration area two times each half-day at the following times:

  • Wednesday: Afternoon between 13:00 and 17:30
  • Thursday: Morning between 07:20 and 12:00
    Afternoon between 13:30 and 18:30
  • Friday: Morning between 07:30 and 12:30
    Afternoon between 14:00 and 18:30
  • Saturday: Morning between 07:30 and 14:00
